Caramel Filled Bon Bon Cookies by Creations by Kara

I love the idea of a mini Christmas pudding cookie; filling them with gooey caramel though? Now that’s just genius! These cookies are sure to be a crowd pleaser this year! Gooey caramel goodness can be found right here.

Another great ‘Mini-Pudding’ idea: Buy a supermarket Christmas cake and crumble it all up in a large mixing bowl. Add a few dashes of brandy (or orange juice) until you have a roll-able dough. Roll into little balls and shape into tiny Christmas puddings. Decorate with melted white chocolate and lollies (as in the above example) and voila – Another great way to serve tiny Christmas puddings this year!
